Michael Comyn is a coach, business trainer, broadcaster and producer with international experience of over 30 years of informing, engaging and energising audiences.

He designs seminars and coaching options around authentic leadership and derailment awareness. He has coached with Create. Express. Google, PepsiCo, EAVE, Kingspan, DePuy Synthes, ifs internationale filmschule köln, Kuehne + Nagel, RTE and for the Irish Management Institute.

He is accredited to teach the Immunity to Change programme. His academic training includes a Masters in Business from the Smurfit School of Business in UCD and various accreditations in the application of Korn Ferry EQi, TalentQ and the RocheMartin psychometrics. He is also a certified crew resource management instructor and works in the aviation sector with pilots.

His motivation when coaching is the removal of fear from business situations and generating a stronger value of work-life balance and resilience in both graduate and experienced leaders.  He also works with leaders on presenting their messages online and at conferences developing messaging and presentation style.

He is a member of the associate faculty of the RCSI Institute of Leadership and lectures at the Royal College of Physicians Ireland on Leadership and Resilience.  He is a regular broadcaster on the radio where his programme features extended interviews with authors, philosophers and thought leaders.
