Cora Robinson is the CEO and founder of Create. Express. She is a sought-after facilitator and executive coach, with over 15 years’ experience working with senior executives and senior executive teams in a variety of blue chip and public sector organisations internationally, assisting them in strategic planning and achieving performance breakthroughs. 

A leadership strategist and change specialist, she has a strong track record in facilitation of complex strategic meetings and events, and the custom design and delivery of bespoke coaching-based leadership programmes that address specific organisational needs – taking senior leaders and senior teams to the very top of their game. 

She has had extensive training in behavioural change, facilitation, coaching, creativity and innovation. Her formal qualifications include a BA (Hons), and a MMed Sc from The Queen’s University, Belfast. She has a certificate in Management and Leadership with MIT and is currently working towards an Advanced Certificate in Executive Education with MIT. 

She has extensive experience in the facilitation of strategic business simulation exercises, is a certified practitioner of Applied Neuroscience, an accredited Results Based Coach with the NeuroLeadership Institute, is qualified in the CPP strategic leadership assessment, the Hogan Leadership and Emotional and Social Intelligence assessment suites.
