Born and bred in Switzerland, Björn started early-on in his career to travel the world and to connect people; and has continued to do so since. He is passionate about bringing people together to create great things. As an accredited Neuroleadership coach Björn supports leaders, teams and companies to define and realize strategies to achieve sustainable success through people-centered, humane leadership. His solid background in International Marketing helps to build bridges between the optimal customer and employee experience.

As a business leader Björn has been responsible for the commercial strategy of a Swiss multinational company in Latin America and has driven agile change with a global team of performance coaches. Björn coaches and facilitates in German, English, Spanish and French and has managed projects in more than 35 countries. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Zug/Switzerland.
